Your Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will :
  • Upload, tag, and organize creative assets (images, videos, brochures, sales sheets, etc.) on the Nice Partner Portal and other internal marketing systems.
  • Ensure all content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support the rollout of new product and campaign materials by coordinating file distribution and content updates.
  • Partner with Channel, Brand, and Creative teams to gather, review, and post content.
  • Monitor and maintain content libraries, archiving outdated materials and ensuring easy access to the most relevant assets.
  • Provide support for internal or partner requests related to Nice Partner portal navigation, content access, and asset usage.
  • Help manage the [Confidential Information] mailbox especially with respect inquiries or requests related to content and/or access to the Nice Partner Portal.
  • Assist with basic reporting on content usage, downloads, and engagement trends.
  • Help with light administrative marketing tasks such as updating spreadsheets, assisting with campaign launches, and maintaining marketing calendars.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, or digital content management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology platforms, file management, and digital tools (experience with partner portals, CMS, or DAM systems a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
