Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will provide critical execution support across the marketing team. This fixed-term contract role is focused on maintaining sales toolkit readiness, managing day-to-day content operations in Highspot, our sales enablement platform, and providing surge capacity to the campaign, digital marketing, and events functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Full and final accountability is to execute activities in support of campaign and event strategies and support the sales team through best-in-class sales enablement assets.
Responsible: Provide execution support to the events and digital marketing teams on campaign and operational tasks, including assisting with event logistics and on-site or virtual coordination support during high-volume periods.
Accountable: Ensure process documentation is captured and maintained as new workflows are established across the team.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and organize content within the Highspot platform, ensuring sales materials are accurate, current, and easy to navigate.
- Maintain day-to-day sales toolkit assets, including collateral, one-pagers, and product materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Respond to urgent, quick-turnaround sales requests with polished, ready-to-use materials.
- Support the development and documentation of marketing processes.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date content libraries within Highspot and other shared marketing repositories.
- Deliver accurate, on-brand materials within tight timelines in response to sales team requests.
- Proactively flag capacity constraints or competing priorities to the Director, Customer & Field Marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests without dropping details.
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Willingness to flex into different areas of the marketing team as business needs evolve during the contract period.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Highspot (or a comparable sales enablement platform) strongly preferred
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Monday.com, Canva, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work under deadline
