About GoTyme

GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme's globally proven digital banking technology and hands-on experience building South Africa's leading digital bank, TymeBank, which has scaled to 3.5m customers in two years since launch.

At GoTyme, we have embarked on a journey to democratize financial services in the Philippines through the launch of a game-changing digital bank. We are seeking individuals who share our belief that the game is worth changing, to join our growing team of GoTymers as we build, launch, and scale a bank that empowers all Filipinos to navigate a path to financial freedom.

What will be expected of you

  • Support the marketing team's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing and brand program such as email, event, social media or content marketing.
  • Tracks and implements the trade marketing program cycle.
  • Traffic and manage all requests and invoices to Marketing and Trade Marketing.
  • Builds relationships with key suppliers, identifying new revenue and cost-efficient opportunities.
  • Tracks and manages the Trade Marketing budget along with the Marketing budget across all channels/customers.
  • Responsible for accomplishing Trade Marketing and Marketing payment requests.
  • Occasionally works with the marketing team and trade marketing manager to execute plans and translate to regional and tactical programs.
  • Developing commercial toolboxes, including sell-in materials for the sales teams, and in-store (POS) materials for the partners.
  • Helps lead activation programs with sales and marketing teams.
  • Occasionally conducts fieldwork and sales visit regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, guidelines are respected and to capture valuable insights and competitor information to improve existing programs and implement counter offensive activities.


  • Preferably has marketing or trade marketing background.
  • Can build effective working relationships with a variety of different stakeholders and partners.
  • Generates actionable insight from a range of data
  • Can do budgeting with a basic knowledge of Finance.
  • Capable of end-to-end management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to adapt to change to optimize results.
  • Loves working with numbers and data.
  • Comfortable with traveling occasionally to assist with program activations.
  • Displays an intermediate skill level in MS Office and other computer skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work setup.
