The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong aesthetic visual sense to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, create and manage content, track performance metrics, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day marketing activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative with a good eye for design best practices, and a strong desire to make things look balanced and beautiful. They must be driven by curiosity, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location: Must be residing in the Philippines (Remote)

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Experience with basic marketing tools (e.g., social media platform, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems)
Skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with updating page content in Wordpress
- Comfortable learning and adapting with AI tools like Gemini or Claude

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns
- Execute marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure on-time execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign initiatives
- Create visual posts for social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and ad platforms like Google Ads
- Create video assets from raw video for use on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Maintain brand consistency using a good eye for high performing visual ads and graphics
- Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure consistency and alignment
- Support internal marketing efforts like internal presentations and marketing materials
- Support email marketing via CRM and email management tools (segmentation and automation)
- Support social media management by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
- Update website content and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Track and report on key marketing metrics
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to Marketing Manager
- Use insights to support optimization of marketing efforts
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists
- Organize marketing assets, files, and documentation
- Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination as needed
- Work cross-functionally with leadership to align marketing initiatives
- Communicate updates, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve marketing strategies and processes
