Job Description

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Assistant to plug into the agency and move across client work as

projects need them. This is a hands-on seat for someone early in their career who wants real

reps across content, email, and general marketing ops, not a narrow track. You'll touch several

engagements in a given week, learn the patterns that hold across them, and grow into broader

ownership over time.

Fully remote. Starting part-time, with a clear path to full-time as the agency's book of work

grows.

What You'll Do:

Founder content

• Run weekly founder calls: prep questions, lead the conversation, capture the gold

• Write LinkedIn copy in the founder's voice from those calls

• Build storyboards for short-form video off the call transcript, ready for production

Email and lifecycle

• Build email flows end-to-end: strategy, sequencing, and copy

• Work alongside Claude Code to ship the HTML for those emails

General marketing

• Pitch in on campaigns, landing page copy, paid social, and whatever's live that week

across our client roster

• Light admin and coordination to keep client projects moving

Who You Are

• Junior or early-career, hungry to learn the full marketing stack rather than one slice of it

• A strong writer with taste for voice. You can hear how a founder or brand talks and write

like them

• Comfortable on calls with founders and senior operators

• Actively using AI to do your job better. Not curious about AI in the abstract, actually

building it into your daily workflow already. You should have opinions about which tools

you reach for and why, and a track record of getting more done because of them.

• Organized enough to move between several clients in a day without dropping threads

Tools You've Worked With

• Productivity and comms: Notion, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace

• AI: Claude Code and ideally a few others you've picked up on your own

• Paid media: Google Ads, Meta Ads

• Analytics: GA4 (Google Analytics 4)

• Design: Figma or Canva for quick assets

• Video: Descript, CapCut, or similar for short-form editing

• Email: any ESP experience (Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Resend, etc.)

• Automation: Zapier or Make is a plus

You don't need every tool on this list. We care more that you can learn new ones fast and that

the AI piece is genuinely in your hands already.

The Path

Part-time to start, blended across our active client roster. As the agency grows, this role grows

with it into a full-time seat with broader ownership.
