The Opportunity at a Glance

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a growing organization in the healthcare and allied health services sector, supporting both domestic and international brand initiatives. This role sits within a high-performing marketing team and is responsible for executing end-to-end campaigns across web, social, and email, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with strategic objectives.


You'll work closely with creative, digital, and performance teams—helping bring campaigns to life while ensuring strong coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement. This is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.


 


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across:

    • Social media

    • Email marketing

    • Website and digital platforms



  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns

  • Publish and update content across websites and digital platforms

  • Perform QA on web pages, landing pages, and campaign outputs

  • Ensure all online touchpoints (website, directories, social platforms) are accurate and optimized

  • Support troubleshooting of marketing tools and integrations (e.g. Zapier, forms, platforms)

  • Coordinate across teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback throughout campaign delivery

  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports

  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights for optimization

  • Identify and resolve issues to improve campaign efficiency and performance


 

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

(Non-negotiable requirements)



  • Are based in the Philippines

  • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing (generalist role)

  • Have hands-on experience across:

    • Social media, email marketing, web publishing, and campaign execution (MANDATORY)



  • Have strong understanding of campaign coordination and delivery workflows

  • Have experience working with digital platforms and marketing tools

  • Are highly organized and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Are proactive, results-driven, and able to drive outcomes independently


 

What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Experience with tools such as:

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, WordPress, Zapier, GA4, Google Ads



  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing performance

  • Experience in healthcare, recruitment, or service-based industries

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into action

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments


 

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

  • Remote work setup

  • Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month

  • Open to PH-based applicants only
