About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Content Writer who is exceptional at creating highly engaging, conversion-focused content to support growth across our memberships, events, and our services and consulting lines of business.

This role is central to our marketing engine. You will craft the copy that drives awareness, engagement, and transactions while shaping the evolving voice of Partnership Leaders. You should be comfortable writing for professional audiences, spotting trends, and translating insights into compelling and high-performing content. You should be comfortable writing in abold and confident brand tonethat reflects Partnership Leaders position as the expert voice in the partnerships ecosystem.

What You Will Own

Email Copywriting

Write persuasive, clear and high-performance email copy

Support experimentation and A/B testing with messaging, structure, and positioning

Align copy to audience-specific goals and painpoints

Website and Landing Page Copy

Write and optimize copy for landing pages, event pages, and membership pages

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve clarity, conversions and SEO

Newsletter Content and Development

Write and iterate on our weekly newsletter to increase engagement and subscriber growth

Identify new formats, bold bets, trends, and emerging news relevant to our audience

Pitch fresh content angles that strengthen thought leadership and authenticity

Content Strategy Support

Support broader marketing initiatives across channels

Ensure consistency in editorial voice across all touchpoints

Repurpose high-performing content across channels

What We Are Looking For

Must Have Experience

2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing

Demonstrated ability to write crisp, compelling, conversion-focused content

Strong portfolio that includes email, website, and newsletter examples

Highly organized with excellent editorial instincts and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience conducting growth experiments, A/B testing, or data-informed content optimization

Understanding of Hubspot marketing funnels
