What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of brand, marketing, and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing activities including events, campaigns, and communications from planning through to execution and evaluation.
  • Create and manage high-quality content across multiple channels (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in campaign execution, including tracking performance, reporting insights, and producing campaign closure reports.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support, including documentation, reporting, and system management (e.g., Wrike, SharePoint).
  • Support customer-focused initiatives such as database management, persona development, and engagement tracking.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies and respond to feedback.

Key Criteria


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a digital marketing, internal communications, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Wrike, Vision6 (or similar email platforms), Copilot, and Google Analytics.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and brand consistency in all outputs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, and content development.

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:30am–3:30pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 1x onsite and 4x work-from-home.
