This role offers hands‑on ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within a boutique financial services business where marketing communications are business‑critical. You'll translate clear briefs into reliable journeys, automations, and data‑driven campaigns, using strong SQL skills and AI‑assisted tools to deliver efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do
- Own the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Translate marketing and communication briefs into audience segmentation, journeys, automations, and campaign builds
- Write and maintain SQL queries to support data preparation, automation, and targeting, leveraging AI tools to improve speed and efficiency
- Configure and manage workflows across Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Monitor campaign execution and performance, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities
- Act as the primary escalation point for Marketing Cloud issues, fixes, and enhancements
- Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity, confidence, and reliable delivery
- Maintain data quality, governance, and consistency across all marketing activity
Key Criteria
- At least 2 experience in a hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud role
- Strong functional capability across journeys, automation, data extensions, and segmentation
- Advanced SQL writing skills, with ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity
- Solid understanding of coding concepts related to data handling and automation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders with competing priorities
- Strong English communication skills and comfort working with non‑technical audiences
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Full‑time onsite during the initial 3 to 6 months of training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid work arrangement thereafter.
