Create, setup & ensure quality execution of onsite assets: microsites, banners, push notifications, vouchers and the like
Work with teams across Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure on time, in full execution of all campaigns, from conceptualization to go-live
Come up with campaigns that will drive the business objective of the campaigns team, which is to drive overall commercial metrics during Shopee's big campaign days, such as 11.11 and 12.12
Work on post-campaign analytics that will assess performance & provide meaningful, data-driven recommendations for the next campaigns
Review and improve current campaigns workflow and processes for greater efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in marketing or business management is preferred.
Fresh Graduates welcome to apply; 1-2 yrs work experience in a Marketing role, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG or Telco is a plus
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office / Google Suite, especially Excel / Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides
Enjoys both detail oriented work and strategic work, with a good commercial / business sense
Interest in e-commerce, tech and marketing is a must, with a strong motivation to work specifically in Shopee
Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment
Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly even in a complex environment and meet all deadlines
Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes, but also a good team player
Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
Good interpersonal & communication skills; able to work with people from different backgrounds
Creative in problem solving, both operationally and strategically
