Marketing Business Development Manager

We're looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Senior Manager to lead business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and manage strategic client relationships
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Lead and mentor the Business Development team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong business development, client management, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM systems and proposal development is an advantage
