Job Summary
The Marketing Brand Lead will be responsible for driving brand strategy and executing impactful marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and market visibility. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can lead campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic brand and marketing plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions
- Manage brand activations, events, and product launch initiatives
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business targets
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable performance insights
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and external partners
- Support the development and guidance of junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related course
- At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing leadership roles
- Strong background in campaign management and brand development
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with strong leadership abilities
- Retail or consumer brand experience is preferred
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
