Job Description

We are seeking an execution-focused Marketing Automation & AI Agent Specialist with strong experience in building, managing, and optimising end-to-end marketing and sales automation workflows. The role will be working onsite with any of our facility across the Visayas namely Cebu, Bacolod, Dumaguete or Iloilo.

This role is responsible for designing the full marketing automation ecosystem — from lead capture, paid ads, SEO, landing pages, AI agents, CRM workflows, lead nurturing, follow-up sequences, reporting, and sales handover.

The successful candidate will act as the technical architect behind our growth engine, ensuring every lead generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website traffic, landing pages, social media, or referral campaigns is captured, qualified, nurtured, followed up, and converted efficiently.

A key performance objective of this role is to help the business consistently generate a minimum of 300 qualified leads per month, with clear tracking, attribution, automation, and workflow visibility across the entire marketing and sales process.

This role will also involve building and managing AI-powered workflows and agents using tools such as n8n, Zernio, Jina 1 Brain, Kie, CRM systems, and other automation platforms to improve speed, accuracy, lead quality, customer response time, and overall marketing efficiency.

1. Key Performance Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

At the end of the day, this person is judged on whether they can achieve these specific business results:

  • Deliver the Leads: Support the business in consistently bringing in at least 300 qualified leads every month.
  • Remove the Guesswork: Ensure accurate tracking across all marketing channels so the business knows exactly which campaign generated which lead.
  • Speed Up Response Time: Use automation and AI to respond to new enquiries instantly, ensuring no lead is ever lost or ignored.
  • Free Up Team Time: Reduce repetitive manual admin work for the sales and administrative teams.
  • Map the Engine: Create a fully documented visual map of the entire marketing-to-sales process.

2. Key Responsibilities (What They Actually Do Every Day)

This role has 4 main daily focus areas to keep the lead generation engine running smoothly:

  • Building Lead Journeys (Automation & Funnels): They connect the traffic coming from Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO blogs, and landing pages into a cohesive system. They write the automation logic that captures a lead, passes it to the CRM, schedules automated emails/SMS, and automatically stops marketing emails the second a lead books or enrolls.
  • Developing AI Agents: They build and test smart AI chat and text agents. For example, they configure AI to automatically qualify leads based on location, parental details, child age, and urgency before handing them off to a human team member.
  • Data Tracking & Attribution: They are the technical owner of the data backend. They set up Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixels, GA4, and UTM parameters so the company has 100% visibility into which ad or blog is converting.
  • CRM & Process Auditing: They maintain clean data inside the CRM (e.g., pipeline status updates, automatic task creation for the sales team) and proactively hunt for broken workflows or manual bottlenecks in the system.

3. Required Skills & Experience (What to Look for in Candidates)

To excel in this role, the candidate must possess this specific blend of experience:

  • The Baseline: At least 3+ years of experience specializing in marketing automation, lead generation funnels, or CRM setups.
  • The Automation Core: Strong proficiency in building workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • The AI Advantage: Hands-on experience building AI chatbots or integrating LLM toolsets like Jina, Kie, Zernio, and working with webhooks/APIs.
  • The CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho One.
  • The Marketer's Mindset: A solid conceptual understanding of paid ads, SEO content, landing pages, and conversion tracking infrastructure.
  • Preferred Niche: Bonus points if they have experience working with high-volume, service-based, or membership-focused industries like education, children's activities, or fitness.
