The Marketing Automation Specialist (Event Systems) is a key execution role on our high-volume event and demand generation team. This is a great career opportunity to work closely with top Marketo and Marketing Operations experts globally. You will get hands-on experience working on a massive, AI-enhanced martech stack that handles high-volume lead generation. This is not your standard CRM and marketing automation setup it is a highly customized martech ecosystem driven by data, modern automation, and continuous optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Marketing teams to implement best practices, execute AI-assisted A/B testing for event campaigns, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Support the Field event production process, ensuring seamless technical execution and data capture for in-person and virtual events.
Monitor and troubleshoot data connections between event tools and our Marketing Automation Platform.
Build and execute complex campaigns, programs, and emails in Hubspot or Marketo, utilizing generative AI (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to assist with copy variations and subject line testing.
Build and test dynamic workflows to achieve campaign goals, ensuring correct assets, smart lists, data collection, and tracking pixels are in place.
Perform rigorous QA testing on each program to ensure all requirements are met flawlessly and on time.
Leverage automation and formatting tools to cleanse and load high-volume lists into Marketo properly.
Pull campaign performance data using SFDC and Tableau to help the team report on ROI.
Manage a dynamic daily task list to launch campaigns on time according to specifications, handling high-volume requests without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Hubspot or Marketo.
Event Tech: Experience using or integrating modern event technologies (Cvent, Rainfocus, ZoomWebinar, RingCentral Events, On24, Bizzabo, etc.).
Core Skills: Process-oriented, logical, and analytical thinker with a basic understanding of relational database concepts.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
Tools: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience using AI tools for daily marketing tasks or prompt engineering.
Education: B.A. degree in a business, marketing, or computer science-related discipline.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot (HubSpot is highly preferred).
Experience implementing AI tools
Familiarity with process design tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or MS Visio.
Understanding of API integrations or webhook setups.
Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting and lead management.
Bonus points for HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or Python skills for troubleshooting landing pages and emails.
Testing
