Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Solid foundational understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing landscapes.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze information efficiently.
Basic familiarity with marketing metrics and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and documentation.
Good communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with strategists and cross-functional teams.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn more about strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Google Workspace, etc.) is a plus but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

Support the Marketing Strategist in research, data gathering, competitor audits, trend monitoring, and market analysis.
Assist in developing marketing plans, briefs, and campaign strategies by preparing foundational insights and reference materials.
Handle groundwork tasks such as coordinating assets, organizing files, updating trackers, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.
Turn data into insightcompile and interpret basic analytics from campaigns, content performance, and audience behavior to guide next steps.
Spot breakout opportunities by monitoring industry trends, viral stories, and cultural moments that can strengthen campaign relevance.
Be our performance pulseprepare regular reports summarizing campaign results, creative tests, and marketing learnings for fast decision-making.
Collaborate with social media, creatives, and paid ads teams to deliver complete and coherent marketing executions.
Support the creation of marketing materials, content drafts, research documents, and presentations as needed.
