This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Associate, located in SJDM. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves executing marketing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Marketing Associate will ensure timely delivery of providing frontline support for the business unit managing both written and verbal inquiries from clients and prospective business partners.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with brokers, salesteam, and external industry partners.
Experience in Market Research and analysis to provide insights for decision-making and strategy formulation.
Knowledge of Marketing and Sales principles, with the ability to support campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth.
Project Management skills to effectively coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
Strategicallyallocatingand managing the sales and marketing budget tooptimizeresources and support marketing initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic real estate environment.
Willing to be assigned in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
