Vanity Connections is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing team!
In this role, you'll help bring brands and products to life—from developing engaging content and supporting campaigns to executing trade marketing initiatives and analyzing market trends.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, product pages, and print materials
- Develop product stories, campaign messaging, captions, articles, and product descriptions
- Plan and manage content calendars and campaign executions
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, promotions, and influencer/ambassador initiatives
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing on SEO, paid ads, analytics, and content performance
- Manage and update digital channels, websites, and CRM databases
- Support trade promotions, in-store activations, merchandising, and retail campaigns
- Develop marketing materials such as product decks, POS displays, and promotional kits
- Conduct market and competitor research and identify relevant trends and customer insights
- Analyze campaign and sales data and prepare recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Creative, and external partners to bring campaigns to life
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or trade marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Portfolio of published content or marketing work
- Familiarity with SEO, social media analytics, CRM, and content management tools
- Experience in trade marketing, events, or retail promotions is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Passion for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and retail brands is a definite plus!
