Marketing Associate
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our brand presence both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence using Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities for construction-related expos and industry events
- Create engaging marketing content, including static graphics and video materials, for digital and print channels proportionate to the content calendar
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and advertisements across platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring a positive brand experience
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 23 years of proven experience in a marketing or communications role
- Hands-on experience in event planning and execution
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools
- Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with construction industry is a plus but not required
