As a Marketing Associate (or as we like to call it, Marketing Maestro), you'll be the creative force behind our marketing initiatives. You'll manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and analyze campaign performance to drive results. Think of yourself as the conductor of the marketing orchestraexcept cooler, because you'll have access to cutting-edge tools and a team that's as passionate as you are.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, EDMs, and property markups.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and build brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Record information into the CRM and spreadsheets for accurate tracking.
• Communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Provide marketing quotations to agents and manage contact databases.
• Launch and manage online listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and compelling.
• Edit photos and create property markups using Adobe tools.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign (a must!).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
