Summary
The
Marketing Associate provides end-to-end project management and coordination to support the effective execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and internal processes - including platforms such as Gleanin and translation workflows. The Marketing Associate is expected to gain exposure to and develop expertise across a wide range of tasks that enable high-quality and timely delivery. In addition, the role extends support to various RX Philippines workstreams as needed, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and contributing to the overall success of RX Manila's marketing initiatives.
Accountabilities
Project Coordination & Workstream Support
- Provide end-to-end project coordination and operational support across multiple marketing workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business timelines.
- Develop a holistic understanding of core functions and other related marketing services to enable seamless collaboration and provide cross-functional support as needed.
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead the briefing, development, and project management of integrated marketing plans across multiple channels and workstreams
- Maintain close communication with business partners and operations teams to ensure that all marketing activities align with overall business objectives and market direction.
Marketing Plan Support
- Support the implementation of marketing plans by coordinating deliverables with specialized teams, following defined briefs, and ensuring high-quality, on-time execution and operational consistency across touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities within marketing plans to enhance impact, improve processes, and drive better outcomes for the show.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing; hands-on experience with marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs.
- Experience in data extraction and reporting to support insights and decision-making.
- Demonstrated agility in adapting to process changes, improvements, and evolving team structures.
- Ability to identify operational gaps, initiate enhancements, and propose solutions that improve workflow efficiency.
- Passion for developing marketing projects and an interest in AI adoption.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail, self-directed work style, and a collaborative, friendly attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on business needs.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
