I. Job Summary
-Assists the Channel Manager in achieving volume and peso targets for the year
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of transactions
- Compliance on Bank's policy and standards
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Production
- Assists the Channel Manager in the maintenance and growth of existing company partners
- Assists the BBG in tapping prospect clients/company partners for sales channel expansion and growth
- Entertains product and process-related inquiries from the sales channel. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.
- Prepares, monitors and distributes production reports of the sales channel and initiates follow up calls when the Channel Manager is short of goal.
- Assists Channel Manager in handling conversion of approved accounts to booking
Sales Management and Operations
- Pre-screens, encode and endorse all loan applications received. Coordinates with branch/company partners or the loan applicant re lacking mandatory documents.
- Ensures that loan applications are properly encoded in the system.
- Collates encoded applications and documentary requirements and transmit these without delay to the concerned units.
- Monitors status of applications and collates those already decided on, e.g. approved/disapproved. Ensures that clients are informed of credit decisions.
- Assists the Channel Manager in providing complete information of the approved loan details and its terms and conditions to the branch/company partners or the loan applicant.
- Prepares post-approval documents for borrower's signature and ensures that all lacking documents are submitted to the Bank prior to loan release.
- Ensures that no error/s shall be committed on the transaction handled and that loan proceeds shall be released within the given turnaround time
III. Qualifications
- Preferably with background in consumer loans
- Team player and results-oriented
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, client relations and MIS monitoring
