Marketing Associate (PR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote Rockwell Land's projects, initiatives, and corporate messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Create engaging press releases, articles, and other PR materials to communicate key messages to the public.
• Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Corporate Communications, and External Affairs, to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to proactively identify PR opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PR, preferably in the real estate, retail or related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis communications effectively.
• Familiarity with digital PR, social media, and online reputation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PR software, and media monitoring tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative PR campaigns.
