Job Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation of marketing strategies and compliance initiatives while managing specific campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and player engagement.
  • Create compelling content and promotional materials across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of events and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and track inventory of marketing materials and merchandise.
  • Manage SMS/Text Blast communications, including announcements of promos, operating hours, and special events.
  • Design marketing collateral (e.g., posters, end-bank layouts, ETG screen content, and signage).
  • Maintain and update the Facebook social media calendar.
  • Draft and schedule social media posts (captions and graphics); respond to messages and comments.
  • Research trends in casino-related design and apply creative updates to marketing visuals.
  • Prepare and process documents such as Cash Advance Requests, Program Liquidations, and Post-Activity Assessments.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • Must be able to maintain internal and external confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers and employees in a positive manner.
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English.
  • Must be able to convert credits into Peso amounts by using basic math; add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Preferably with experience in Content Creation – Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop), caption writing, and layout sense for posters or social media.
  • Preferably with experience in Social Media Management – Experience in handling Facebook pages, planning content calendars, and responding to messages.
