Next Century Building Systems Inc. is seeking a bright and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for a fresh graduate or individual with strong internship experience who is ready to execute marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, brand alignment, and customer engagement.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
You will provide essential support to the marketing team across execution, content creation, and performance tracking:
Campaign Support & Lead Generation
- Assist in the execution of targeted marketing campaigns (including digital ads and promotions) to drive qualified leads for sales and after-sales teams.
- Support the coordination of product launches, promotions, and events with internal teams and external partners.
Content Creation & Brand Strategy
- Create and assist in the design of compelling marketing materials including graphics, videos, articles, and presentations for digital platforms.
- Write engaging, SEO-friendly content (captions, articles, blog posts) in both English and Filipino to boost audience reach and engagement.
- Manage and organize project files and documentation, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Social Media & Performance Tracking
- Assist in the daily management and execution of content across key social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and assist the team in preparing analytical reports with key insights.
- Monitor industry and digital trends, sharing relevant updates with the team.
What You'll Bring: Requirements

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
- Bilingual Communication: Proven ability in content and copywriting in both English and Filipino is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Design Skills: Familiarity with or basic proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Digital Foundation: Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and performance metrics (analytics).
