The Marketing associate is responsible for supporting and implementing, marketing strategies that promote the company's construction projects, bran identity, and business development goals. This role involves creating compelling content, coordinating campaigns and events, managing digital and social media presence, and conducting market research to identify opportunities and enhance visibility.
The Marketing Associate works closely with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure consistent, on brand communication across all platforms and materials. The role plays a key part in attracting potential clients, strengthening partnership and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in Marketing Campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for construction projects and corporate branding.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal department for marketing materials and ad placements.
Content Creation and Management
- Develop content for brochures, flyers, project profiles, social media posts, and email.
- Ensure content is accurate, brand-compliant, and aligned with project timeliness.
Social media and Digital Marketing
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Posting, scheduling, responding to comments).
- Monitor online engagement and generate performance report monthly.
Support Project Marketing
- Prepare marketing collaterals for project launches, groundbreakings, and turn over events.
- Coordinate and document project milestones for use in promotional materials.
Event Coordination
- Help organize and implement events (such as trade show, expos, site tours, CSR activities).
- Ensure all event materials (tarpaulins, giveaways, banners) are prepared and delivered on time.
Graphic Design & Layout
- Work with the team or external designers to develop visual for marketing needs.
- Assists in the layout of proposals, presentation, and other client-facing documents.
Market Research
- Conduct competitor and client research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential leads.
- Compile research insight to support marketing strategies and project proposals.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain a database of marketing materials, project photos, and media assets.
- Submit weekly and monthly marketing performance report.
Administrative Support
- Assist with administrative task such as filing, coordination of marketing purchases, and recordkeeping.
Branding & Visibility
- Increase in social media followers per month (% or number)
- engagement rate on posts (like, comments, shares, saves).
- Monthly reach and impression growth.
- consistently of branding across all materials (0-100 compliance rating)
Content Creation & Marketing Materials
- Number of marketing materials produced per month (brochures, proposals, case studies, profiles).
Website & Digital Management
- Website updated regularly (Yes/no, or number of updates per month)
- Website traffic growth (monthly)
- Number of leads generated per event.
- Response rate to online queries (%)
- Event Activation & Client Engagement
- Number of events Coordinated (site visits, client meeting, trade shows).
- Event satisfaction rating (internal + client).
- Number of lead generated per event.
- Timeliness & completeness of post-event reporting.
Marketing Campaigns
- Track the number of campaigns executed vs. planned.
- Ensure the timely completion of marketing initiatives and campaigns based on approved schedules.
Internal Coordination & Support
- Timeliness of coordination with other departments (engineering. BID, Purchasing, etc.)
- Accuracy and organization of marketing files and documentation.
- Completion rate of assigned task per month (% task completion rate).
- Timely and accurate submission of weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, performance and initiatives.
Research & Competitor Monitoring
- Number of competitor or industry insights submitted monthly
- Accuracy & relevance of competitive analysis.
- Integration of marketing intelligence into proposal/materials.
QUALIFICATION
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any related field.
- courses or certification in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Real Estate Marketing are an advantage.
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communication role.
- Preferred experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or B2B marketing are an advantage.
Technical Competencies (Know-how)
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with graphic design tools ( such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Knowledge in social media management platform ( such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to Prepare marketing collaterals, presentations, and event materials.
