MARKETING ASSOCIATE (MAKATI)

A Marketing Associate is the one who performs activities or tasks to help secure submitted turn-ins: Pre-screens and encodes applications. Assists the Marketing Officer in relaying approval to client, referring branch, salesman or dealer. Assigns unit for appraisal and car history for second hand, imported units, Assists the Marketing Officer in answering inquiries and concerns of the channels being handled.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance by gathering information, drafting and routing proposals for approval, coordinating with stakeholders and following up on project activities to help ensure strategic initiatives of the segment.
• Prepares various reports that may be needed at different stages of a project, helps prepare briefing materials and implementation guidelines, drafts and keeps records of proposals, approvals, minutes of meetings and other documents related to the project.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Marketing
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Good command of the oral and written language
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Willing to be assigned in Makati
