Role Description The Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Caloocan City. This position is responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting with the development of marketing materials for solar products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, helping maintain online and offline brand presence, collaborating with the sales and project teams on marketing initiatives, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Associate will also assist in organizing events, coordinating with vendors and partners, and preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activity.
• Foundational Sales and Marketing skills to support campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Basic Project Management skills to help plan, coordinate, and track marketing projects and events.
• Relevant experience or coursework in marketing, business, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Interest in renewable energy and willingness to learn about solar technologies and solutions.
• Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
• Ability to work on-site in Caloocan City and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
