We're hiring: Marketing Associate — Graphic Design (Day Shift, Cebu)
Camden Five is looking for a Marketing Associate with a strong graphic design focus, ideally based in Cebu. If you get twitchy when fonts are misaligned by 0.02pt, we're off to a good start.
We need someone curious, fast, and passionate about design that actually works. You'll design, shoot short-form video, and help manage how it all shows up on social, across a mix of clients and industries.
What you'll do:
- Design assets for social media, websites, blogs, presentations, email, print, and anything our clients may need
- Plan social media content calendar and track performance of marketing initiatives
- Shoot and edit short-form video using CapCut and Adobe tools
- Turn creative briefs into visual concepts that fit brand guidelines
- Collaborate with our clients and other creatives
- Handle multiple client accounts and quick turnarounds without losing your cool
You'll thrive here if you:
- Are based in Cebu (or open to relocating) and available to work day shift
- Have 1 to 3+ years of experience in graphic design, video, or marketing
- Know your way around Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
- Have real videography skills, not just editing
- Have a strong portfolio with work across multiple formats: digital, print, presentations, social, web, etc.
- Can take feedback and run with it (not cry in a corner, unless it's a really bad day—we get it)
- Are willing to work on video or photo shoots for local clients
- Obsess over typography, layout, and color—but know when to hit export and let it go
- Love working independently, but also get a kick out of collaboration and witty banter with the team.
