Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in proposal coordination, marketing production, document design, or a related role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience using Bluebeam, Box, or similar document collaboration and file-management platforms
- Ability to create interactive PDFs, edit images, and format professional marketing materials
- Familiarity with CRM, proposal, or digital asset management systems such as Unanet or OpenAsset is an advantage
- Strong understanding of proposal workflows, content coordination, and brand compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work within deadlines
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working with international stakeholders
- Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement in Clark, Pampanga
- Amenable to a night shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Develop polished proposal materials that clearly communicate business capabilities and strengthen bid quality.
- Partner with regional marketing leaders and team supervisors to improve design accuracy and minimize revision cycles.
- Refresh employee resumes, project experience sheets, and related credentials for proposal and marketing use.
- Organize and maintain current marketing assets across Unanet and other digital content platforms.
- Create and revise brochures tailored to different sectors, services, and business development needs.
- Assist with video content for internal communications and social media in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Produce branded marketing materials using approved templates, design systems, and content guidelines.
- Draft social media announcements for employee updates, awards, events, milestones, and organizational news.
- Review all marketing deliverables to ensure consistency with established company and service-line brand standards.
- Build new technical and creative capabilities while identifying ways to improve team processes and workflows.
