Marketing Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists the Channel Manager in achieving volume and peso targets for the year.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Production

a. Entertains product and process-related inquiries from the sales channel. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.

b. Prepares, monitors and distributes production reports of the sales channel and initiates follow-up calls when the channel is short of goal.

2. Sales Management and Operations

a. Entertains product and process related inquiries from prospective borrowers. Elevates complaints and complex requests to his/her immediate superior if unresolved.

b. Accepts and pre-screens all loan applications received. Coordinates with the channel or the loan applicant re lacking mandatory documents.

c. Ensures that loan applications are properly encoded in the system.

d. Collates encoded applications and document requirements and transmits these without delay to the Consumer Credit Department.

e. Monitors status of applications and collates those already decided on, e.g. approved/disapproved. Ensures that clients are informed of credit decision.

f. Prepares post-approval documents for borrower's signature and ensures that all lacking documents are submitted to the Bank prior to loan release.

g. Assists CM in providing complete information of the approved loan details and its terms and conditions to the Loan Applicant by sending a formal quotation to the applicant's registered email address. Moreover, the Terms and Conditions shall also be discussed to the Loan Applicant through phone call.

h. Accommodates client inquiries regarding the details of the financing arrangement set and agreed between the developer and the loan applicant.

i. Updates MIS for all booked accounts.

j. Encodes booked accounts and updating the collateral documents received from the developer in the DOU database. In addition, to assist the Channel Manager in sending timely Reminder and Demand Letters when necessary.
