- To handle and assist with the following:
- Issuance of policies
- Servicing brokers and clients
- Reaching out to brokers
- Collecting and issuance of service invoices
- Pre-evaluating the underwriting documents
- Handling deliveries and record keeping
- Sending renewal notices and process renewals
- Updating the pipeline and communicating to other departments
- Focus on the turnaround time of issuance/endorsements, proper tagging of commission rates and commission remittance after being processed by Treasury Group and CWT from Accounting Group.
- Monitor and respond to email and calls
- Graduate of business-related courses
- Preferably with experience in managing broker accounts in a non-life insurance setting
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- MS Office proficient and familiar with insurance system
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn basic non-life insurance and can work under pressure
