Marketing Assistant

Location: Cebu/Clark/Tarlac/Mandaluyong
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Fulltime
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

About this role . . .

We are looking for Experienced Marketing Assistant who is willing to work and grow with the company. Responsible for promoting and driving the sales of the company, this person will also support the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks that keep the department functioning and facilitating the duties for the manager and account executives.

The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking care of various of tasks that will help in the completion of planned marketing programs. Perform surveys, assist in the development of marketing collaterals, track existing marketing campaigns and report on results and coordinated market research results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updates CRM
  • Distribute emails to prospects and clients
  • Manages incoming leads
  • Research and come up with good digital marketing strategy
  • Recommend contents for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Creates mockups or workflow for new landing pages
  • Research on certain topics for blogposts, newsletter or others
  • Transcribes voicemail, video or audio, podcast, etc.
  • Prepares slideshows through Power Point Presentation
  • Sets up Social Media Accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Manages and Updates Social Media Accounts
  • Publishes posts on blogs

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Administration or any related field
  • With at least 2 years of experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Has basic skills in Photo Editing and Photoshop
  • Ideally with knowledge in Mailchimp, CRM software, Gmail, Zoom and Trello
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Must be willing to travel to offsite training sessions
  • Strong communication skills
