Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant is an integral member of RRHI's Central Marketing Team, providing execution, coordination and administrative support across a 3 pillar marketing structure. This role works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and pillar leads across Corporate Brand and Communications, Group Campaigns and promotions and Marketing Capability & Partnerships. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a career in retail marketing in RRHI.
Job Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports while ensuring brand consistency.
- Provide administrative support to the CMO, including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Process purchase requests, billing statements, and reimbursements in coordination with Procurement & Finance teams.
- Help coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing projects.
- Maintain and organize the Central Marketing Asset Library, including brand guidelines, templates, memos and campaign archives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of digital tools is an advantage.
