We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented
Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns, data entry, and social media management. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, able to follow directions, and comfortable using digital tools and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and send email blasts based on provided instructions.
- Develop and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate marketing and customer records.
- Assist with organizing marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Follow established workflows and complete tasks with accuracy.
- Conduct basic online research and support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Experience creating email campaigns and social media content.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software and online tools.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
