Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant (Reliever) provides temporary support to the Account Officer in handling client servicing tasks, including the preparation of quotations, coordination of policy requests, and ensuring the timely delivery of insurance documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Officer in preparing and processing client quotations accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the team for policy issuance and endorsements.
- Monitor and follow up on requests for policies, endorsements, and other related documents.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents.
- Arrange and facilitate the delivery of policies and endorsements to clients.
- Maintain organized records of client transactions and documentation.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Experience in insurance or a related field is an advantage, but not required
