MARKETING ASSISTANT
Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant provides administrative, creative, and operational support to the Marketing Officer and Brand Manager. The role assists in marketing research, content creation, event coordination, customer inquiries, and the implementation of marketing activities to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Support the Marketing Officer and Brand Manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Gather information and resources necessary for marketing projects and activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing planning and execution processes.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Assist in creating photographic and videographic content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain social media platforms and support engagement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional assets.
Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in gathering data and preparing marketing reports.
- Support budget monitoring and provide periodic progress updates for marketing projects.
Event & Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate appointments, site visits, and event schedules.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update customer and client databases.
- Handle client inquiries and provide necessary support.
General Administrative Duties
- Organize marketing files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners as needed.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Marketing Officer, Brand Manager, or Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in marketing support, social media management, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
