Marketing Assistant

Job Description

• Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies, suppliers, and advertising partners to ensure timely project execution.
• Work closely with the in-house creative team on marketing deliverables, brand activations, productions, and events.
• Facilitate marketing requirements across the app/brand, internal departments, and external partnerships.
• Assist in managing online and offline campaigns, projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Contribute ideas and concepts for social media content, campaigns, and event initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure all outputs align with brand standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, Creative Media, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, media, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Tagalog.
• Knowledgeable in current social media trends, digital platforms, and pop culture.
• Experience in advertising, media planning, brand marketing, or related industries is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.
