Purpose Of Position
The purpose of the
Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer is to deliver high-quality graphic design and marketing support while enhancing the development of engaging e-learning content. This role is essential in maintaining brand consistency, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing to innovative learning experiences tailored to adult learners.
Key Duties And Responsibilities

Daily Tasks
Graphic Design
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, social media assets, and internal communications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage print and merchandise orders.
- Coordinate with couriers and other external suppliers.
- Support general administrative functions as needed.
Copywriting
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various marketing initiatives.
- Write and edit content for online learning modules and assessments.
E-Learning Content Development
- Design and develop engaging e-learning activities and online assessments tailored to adult learning styles.
- Interpret written course materials and instructional design frameworks into interactive online learning modules.
- Utilize learning technologies and publish content via Learning Management System (LMS).
Professional Development
- Demonstrate a high level of self-awareness and personal insight
- Demonstrate reflective practice and a willingness and ability to develop your practice
- Staying updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and tools. Engaging in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Role Requirements
Previous Experience and/or Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design and copywriting experience (in English)
- Proficiency with Canva and PowerPoint.
- Competency in Outlook and other standard office applications.
- Experience in or knowledge of the Australian disability service industry standards (preferred)
- SEO knowledge (preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
- Familiarity with and/or experience using LMS software, specifically Articulate Rise 360 (preferred)
