Job Description

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
  • Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams for marketing requirements.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors activities.
  • Help organize company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Track and prepare reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Maintain marketing files, photos, and promotional materials.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing is an advantage (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
