Marketing Assistant (Digital & Admin)

Full-Time Remote

Feedwell and Snack Proud service major corporate clients including Google, Amazon, Canva, and Louis Vuitton, and we're looking for a Marketing Assistant who thrives in structured, execution-heavy work. Your job is simple: take tasks, complete them accurately, consistently, and on time.

This role is not about strategy or big creative ideas.

It's about excellent execution -- the kind of work where attention to detail genuinely matters.

What You'll Be Responsible For

EDM Production & Deployment

  • Build and update EDMs (Klaviyo & Omnisend)
  • Update banners, copy, links, and UTMs
  • QA across devices
  • Keep all EDM assets and flows organised

Social Media Scheduling & Engagement

  • Schedule content across IG, FB, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Maintain calendars and upload content into Canva templates
  • Manage inbox messages, comments, and reposting
  • Keep bios and evergreen assets up to date

Website & Marketplace Updates

(WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Hampr, EatFirst, DoorDash, UberEats)

  • Update banners, promos and seasonal content
  • Maintain product listings, images, descriptions, pricing
  • Keep catalogue accuracy and SEO basics tight

Product Catalogue & SKU Maintenance

  • Add and update SKUs with correct images and product data
  • Maintain bundles, snack boxes, curated categories
  • Ensure data is correct across all platforms

Partnership & Collaboration Admin

(Admin only -- no relationship management required)

  • Track deliverables
  • Organise samples and logistics
  • Prepare outreach lists
  • Send assets and coordinate shared folders

Blog Uploading & SEO Basics

  • Upload blogs with proper formatting and images
  • Add metadata, internal links, and file naming
  • Maintain blog folders

Marketing Ops & Reporting

  • Produce weekly summaries on EDMs, social, and website updates
  • Assist in campaign go-live steps
  • Keep marketing folders, calendars, and archives organised

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing execution or ecommerce admin
  • Strong experience with at least one email platform (Klaviyo/Omnisend/Mailchimp etc.)
  • Practical experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce
  • Canva proficiency (template-level editing)
  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • EDMs deploy on time with no rework
  • Social content runs on schedule
  • Product catalogues stay accurate and up to date
  • Website changes are completed correctly and promptly
  • Seniors no longer handle execution tasks -- you own them fully
  • You consistently deliver accurate work, communicate well, and meet deadlines
