Job Description

This job is for Ayala Malls Abreeza in Davao City.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Department. This role focuses on processing financial requirements—such as payables, purchase requests, and providing support during events and marketing activations. The position also involves coordinating with third-party event venue lessees to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety and house rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payables, purchase requests (PRs), other expenses for the Marketing Department.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and marketing activations.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings with event venue lessees, including safety briefings and house rules orientations.
  • Provide on-ground support during events (logistics, supplier coordination, materials preparation).
  • Maintain organized records of marketing financial documents and activity reports.
  • Support general administrative tasks and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing support, admin work, or events coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
