Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares, coordinates, and manages event-related marketing execution and payment processes.
- Safeguards event marketing assets and materials and facilitates inventory, rotation, and logistics scheduling.
- Assists product marketers in executing ASUS marketing events, roadshows, launches, and on-ground activations.
- Supports the overall public relations efforts of ASUS during events, including coordination with media partners, power-user communities, and social media teams.
- Provides on-ground support during events, including setup, dismantling, and coordination with suppliers and partners.
- Handles event-related logistics requirements such as transportation, booths, giveaways, and equipment.
- Submits post-event reports, documentation, and summaries in a timely manner.
- Completes assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
- Performs other event-related tasks as instructed by the manager from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course; specialization in marketing, sales, communications, or IT hardware is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic office computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Positive and proactive working attitude with the ability to work independently and on-ground.
- Keen interest in IT hardware products and technology events.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City and on flexible schedules during events.
- Experience in event support, sales promotion, or field marketing is an advantage.
