Marketing and Social Media Specialist | Remote and Nightshift

About the Job

The Marketing and Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's marketing activities and managing its social media presence. This role involves creating content, maintaining social media accounts, engaging with audiences, and helping implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Also needs to be familiar with Riverside platform for podcast editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule social media posts, captions, and other marketing content.
• Develop basic graphics, videos, and promotional materials as needed.
• Monitor social media activity, comments, and messages and respond appropriately.
• Research trends, topics, and content ideas relevant to the brand.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and other projects.
• Track basic social media and marketing performance, including engagement and reach.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and online presence.
• Coordinate with the team to gather information and content for marketing purposes.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
• This will be across 4 separate brands.

Qualifications

• With at least 5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
• Required prior experience working with US clients.
• Familiar with podcast editing and promotion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
