Marketing and Pursuit Assistant – Document Formatting (₱35K | WFH | FREE AI Certification)

WFH (Anywhere in PH) | Remote | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM PHT | Monday–Friday

You own the production and formatting of critical bid documents, tenders, and marketing materials that drive business growth for a global consultancy. Your day-to-day involves transforming raw text into polished, brand-compliant documents using Word and PowerPoint, maintaining a centralized asset library, and coordinating with the bid team to meet high-stakes deadlines.

This is a high-volume production role requiring extreme precision and technical fluency in Microsoft Office. You will operate within defined style guides and structured workflows to ensure every output is client-ready. Best suited for professionals who thrive in detail-oriented document processing, value consistency over creative ambiguity, and excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 2+ years of professional experience in document formatting, desktop publishing, or marketing support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, specifically in using style guides, templates, and complex formatting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, CRM platforms (Salesforce), or CMS (WordPress).
  • Proven exposure to fast-paced team environments requiring precise data entry and high-volume document production.
  • Willingness to work a fixed early morning shift (7:30 AM–4:30 PM PHT) in a 100% remote capacity.

  • Prior experience in a bid/tender support or pursuit environment.
  • Background in professional services, engineering, or consultancy sectors.
  • Strong portfolio of formatted business documents or presentation decks.

Responsibility Pillars

Document Production & Formatting

You own the visual integrity and brand alignment of all outward-facing documents, ensuring they meet rigorous global standards.

  • Format Word and PowerPoint documents to match specific style guides and templates.
  • Replicate complex client formats using brand-compliant styling.
  • Create and update professional CVs and project case studies.

Bid & Tender Support

You drive the administrative engine of the pursuit process, ensuring tender responses are compiled accurately and on time.

  • Build tender response documents using established boilerplate text.
  • Coordinate with the bid team on high-value, multi-stakeholder submissions.
  • Produce PPT presentations based on internal client briefs.

Knowledge & Asset Management

You maintain the digital infrastructure that allows the marketing team to remain agile and organized.

  • Manage and update the SharePoint library of photos, certificates, and standard text.
  • Ensure all marketing information and project CVs are current and accessible.
  • Execute precise data entry tasks to maintain internal record accuracy.
