Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Marketing and Masterbrand Strategy Head is accountable for defining and governing the Marketing Group strategy and Masterbrand agenda, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment in delivering Globe's brand and marketing ambition.
The role serves as the strategic integrator of Marketing, owning the Masterbrand strategy and equity from a marketing lens and working closely with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent and aligned brand expression.
It leads Audience Marketing, translating data and insights into meaningful customer cohorts that inform strategy and long-term brand direction, in partnership with Customer Intelligence and EDS.
The role also leads Marketing business planning with ManCom and acts as PMO for Marketing's strategic initiatives, ensuring clear prioritization and effective delivery.
Duties And Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Governance
- Define, integrate, and govern the Marketing Group strategy and Masterbrand agenda.
- Ensure alignment of Marketing Group strategy across internal stakeholders and enterprise initiatives.
Masterbrand Leadership
- Own the Masterbrand equity and strategy from a marketing perspective, including brand architecture, core assets, major program, and governance.
- Sharpen masterbrand positioning to create differentiation and meaning.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to maintain consistent and aligned company narratives and brand expression.
Audience Marketing & Customer Insights
- Lead Audience Marketing, translating data into actionable customer insights for different cohorts.
- Collaborate with Customer Intelligence and EDS to leverage insights for long-term brand strategy.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in Marketing, Brand, or Strategy leadership roles, ideally in large, complex organizations.
- Proven track record in developing and governing marketing strategies and Masterbrand initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and orchestrating enterprise-level initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and stakeholders to drive alignment and influence strategic decisions.
- Exposure to audience marketing, brand equity measurement, and customer insights is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Marketing strategy, brand management, and masterbrand principles.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, customer insights, and data-driven marketing approaches.
- Familiarity with enterprise business planning, portfolio management, and strategic initiative governance.
- Awareness of corporate communications alignment, digital marketing, and brand performance metrics.
- Up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, audience intelligence tools, and brand innovation practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Humanities, Psychology, related field.
