- Performs continuing process improvement for cross functional processes that will increase productivity and reduce costs
- Creation of process/operations manuals
- Creatively project the layout of the Sharepoint of Neolytix
- Create Social Media for employer branding and internal communications on TikTok and other social media
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, utilizing award opportunities to showcase Neolytix as an exemplary workplace
- Serve as our ambassador to top Universities and schools for job fairs, school talks and other events
