The Role

We're looking for a Marketing and Digital Associate to join our Marketing, Digital, and Database team. You'll be working hands-on across multiple digital channels, helping the team plan, execute, and report on campaigns that reach senior business leaders across Asia.

This is a great fit if you want to build real digital marketing skills early in your career. You won't be stuck doing just one thing. Here's what you'll be working on:

1. Paid Ads

• Launch and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
• Coordinate with account managers and platform reps to improve campaign performance
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign results

2. Email Marketing

• Create and send compelling email campaigns (EDMs) to our subscriber databases
• Monitor and report on email performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions)

3. Social Media Management

• Post and schedule content across Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram
• Manage and maintain the company's social media pages

4. Other Relevant Tasks

• Help maintain and update the company website
• Coordinate with other departments on marketing-related needs
• Research new digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends that could benefit the team

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, mass communication, or a related field
• Strong written and spoken English. You'll be creating content for a professional, regional audience.
• Organised and detail-oriented enough to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Genuinely curious about digital marketing and eager to build real skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager (school projects and personal campaigns count)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience managing social media pages beyond personal accounts
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. If you have experience, that's great. But we care just as much about the right attitude and willingness to learn.
