Marketing & Community Manager (Full-Time / WFH)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PDT
Monthly Salary: PHP 40,000–50,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing & Community Manager to support a fast-growing educational and entrepreneurial platform.
This role combines content operations, email marketing, community engagement, event coordination, and social media management to help drive growth, retention, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is systems-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across marketing and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize educational content, learning paths, and community resources
• Design and update platform graphics, banners, thumbnails, and marketing assets using Canva
• Build and manage email campaigns, automations, workflows, and CRM systems in GoHighLevel
• Implement audience segmentation, tagging systems, onboarding flows, and user journeys
• Coordinate webinars, coaching calls, community events, and related communications
• Create registration pages and manage event logistics, integrations, and follow-up processes
• Organize content assets, video libraries, and publishing workflows
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Moderate community groups and maintain positive member engagement
• Conduct outreach to inactive members and support customer retention initiatives
• Perform platform QA checks and report issues to the development team
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements and growth opportunities
Requirements
• Must have experience with GoHighLevel, email marketing, or CRM automation tools
• Must have experience setting up basic automations, workflows, triggers, and user journeys
• Must have experience in community management, customer retention, or membership businesses
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience managing content calendars and social media scheduling
• Proficient in Canva and basic graphic creation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience coordinating webinars, events, or online communities
• Experience with educational, coaching, or creator-led businesses is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly systems-driven
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Submission of portfolio is required
