Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing and Community Development Specialist is responsible for promoting rental housing units, managing marketing campaigns, handling tenant communications, and supporting occupancy, retention, and brand visibility through effective marketing and community engagement strategies. The key functions of this role include

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote available rental units and drive qualified inquiries
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, online property listings, and paid advertisements
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead volume, and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of unit availability and pricing across all marketing channel
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all online and offline material
  • Prepare marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and digital content aligned with brand guideline
  • Maintain digital filing system and update leasing management platform
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media pages, online listings, and promotional campaigns
  • Prepare content for community updates, announcements, and engagement posts
  • Assist in branding and lead generation efforts to support occupancy targets
  • Monitor tenant feedback and conduct satisfaction surveys
  • Implement tenant engagement programs and community-building activities
  • Track renewal rates and recommend retention strategies
  • Prepare periodic reports on occupancy, renewals, and tenant satisfaction metrics

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property management, or residential leasing
  • Strong digital marketing experience (social media platforms, online listings, paid ads is an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics
