Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing and Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives, drive business growth, and enhance market competitiveness. The role requires a highly organized marketing professional with extensive FMCG experience and strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Own and manage brand P&L and portfolio strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to implement programs that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement activities.
- Monitor market performance and competitor activities.
- Evaluate business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience handling FMCG brands.
- Experience in food, beverage, snack, or consumer goods categories is highly preferred.
- Strong background in brand strategy, marketing execution, and P&L management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
